• The maximum cost of project admissible under manufacturing sector is Rs. 25 lakh and for upgradation is Rs. 1.00 crore.
• The maximum cost of project admissible under business/service sector is Rs. 10 lakh and for upgradation is Rs. 25 lakh.
• Entrepreneur should be above 18 years of age.
• Entrepreneur should be at least 8th pass for setting up a project of more than Rs. 10 lakh in manufacturing sector and Rs. 5 lakh in business/service sector.
• Only new projects are eligible under PMEGP.
