Assistance for Shed and Plot Developed by Private Developer @ 55% of Cost of Shed is provided out of which 30% will be disbursed after sale of individual shed and 25% after commencement of production by MSEs.
• Shed size 50 m2 to 100 m2.
• Size of Estate – not more than 2 Hectare / 5 Acre / 12 Vigha
• Land in Industrial zone or commercial zone in Municipal Corporation / Urban Development Authority
• Non-Agriculture (NA) for Industrial Use – before expiry of scheme
• All infrastructure development within 2 years from date of sanction
• Developer has to maintain project for 5 years
• Must be manufacturing unit and should be consuming power.
• Rent deed should be of min. 1 year and extendable to 5 years.
• Assistance w.e.f. date of rent deed or 3 months before date of production whichever is later.
• Assistance will be disbursed annually and if interest subsidy is availed than along with it.
