Rent Subsidy

Under this Scheme, rent subsidy is available to Micro, Small Enterprise (MSE) which is on legal rented Premises can Availed subsidy

Quantum of Assistance

Assistance at rate of 65% of paid rent paid (reimbursement of rent paid) by the Enterprise with maximum limit of Rs. 1,00,000/- (one Lakh) per Annum.

Other Conditions

• Rent must be pain in cheque/ E- Payment.
• Service and Trading Activity will not eligible under this scheme
• Rent agreement between Family Member/blood Relations will not eligible
• Assistance will be provided for Five Year
